E46 M3 Sedan Build

Full M3 drivetrain installed and completed November 2024! And Dr-Wrench is working on a full M3 body modification...stay tuned!

S54 Engine

    -OEM rod bearings done

    -Vanos fully done With Biesen's hub/pump disc and a full reseal

    -new water pump, thermostat

    -Valve adjustment done

    -all new seals and gaskets top to bottom!

We didn't just install the engine! We also installed:

    -M3 6 speed transmission with a new clutch

    -Complete M3 front subframe with steering rack and brakes

    -Complete M3 rear subframe with LSD and brakes

    -M3 gas tank, fuel lines and filter

    -Complete M3 EVAP system

    -Complete M3 Exhaust

    -Complete M3 MK60 Braking system

The rear subframe has been Reinforced with Reddish plates, Subframe and differential bushings were upgraded to Powerflex along with Powerflex adjustable rear lower control arms. Rtabs and upper inner control arm bushings are also powerflex.

We also replaced the rear floor with a M3 spec one to remove the spare tire well. This makes room for the OEM M3 muffler and EVAP system.

Mounts were also welded into the sedans floor to mount the M3s factory rear V-Brace.
